Haven been blogging for so long. Well was very busy with A's and uncle and all that.
After tmr my months of mugging till 3-4am will cease !!! Dunno for how long but it will cease at least for awhile!
Slept at 4am doing MCQ's....damn sian

Anyway cant wait for tmr to be over, hav alr plan my activities for the next few days
Friday - Track BBq plus grandma hse
Sat - Suntec with track and maybe dota wit dan
Sun - Going to uncle's hse
Mon to Wed - Chalet with 220
Plus everyday starting wit yesterday gonna do my intensive training - run to macritchie from home (7 to 8km) then run 2times inside macritchie (10+km) maybe run home if i can still feel my legs.

Did tat yesterady except running back and i died. My knee starting to give me my old problem.
Hmm Dan wan2 start running wit me, LoL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So many things to do so little time. Somehow noe i dun look forward for Ns.
Oh well

Oh ya Dan stayed over since Sat till today. He'll be coming back tmr. Oh and Mel the papers i'll go to his hse and take it wen his mum return home ya.
